Your Fixed Deposit investment will be automatically credited to the bank account once the FD has reached it's maturity.
But if you prefer to withdraw the FD before the maturity completion
( premature withdrawal ), you would have to send an email to the FD provider along with the FD details from your registered email address. You can find a template for the email at the end of this page.
Please keep the Fixed Deposit application number or FOLIO number or FD booking number with you, so that you can easily communicate the same with the customer support team.
Once the request has been received with the FD provider, they will take minimum 3-4 working days to process the request, and your money will be automatically credited to your bank account.
Note that, premature withdrawal of an FD has a certain fee associated with it. The FD partner will communicate the fee with you.
