Terms & Conditions and End-User Licence Agreement (EULA) for JusPaisa

This End-User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and JusPaisa, a company registered under the laws of India/Karnataka, having its registered office at Budai Technologies Private Limited, #677, 1st Floor, 13th Cross, 27th Main Road, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka, PIN: 560102 ("JusPaisa" or "We" or "Us"). This Agreement governs your use of the JusPaisa mobile application ("App") and related services provided by JusPaisa. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not sign up on the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. By using the JusPaisa Mobile App (https://JusPaisa.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1. Users must be at least 18 years old to register on JusPaisa. 2.2. By registering, you warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Registration
3.1. Users can create accounts on the JusPaisa platform. 3.2. Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. 3.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

4. User Conduct
4.1. Users agree to use the JusPaisa App for lawful purposes only.
4.2. Users agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
4.3. Users shall not engage in any unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, defamation, or any form of discrimination.

5. Privacy Policy
5.1. Our Privacy Policy governs the use of personal information provided by users.

6. User Content & Communication
6.1. Users retain ownership of the content they submit.
6.2. By submitting content, users grant JusPaisa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute the content.
6.3. Users may connect with each other through the App's chat feature. Users agree to communicate respectfully and responsibly.
6.4. JusPaisa provides a functionality for users to report inappropriate content or users. Users are encouraged to report any behaviour or content that violates this Agreement. 6.5. Upon receiving a report, JusPaisa's team will investigate the matter and take appropriate action. If a user is found to have violated this Agreement, they may be permanently removed from the platform.

7. User Transactions
7.1. Users can buy services, products, or features offered by JusPaisa.
7.2. Payments are subject to the terms specified during the transaction process.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1. JusPaisa owns the trademark for the brand name "JusPaisa."
8.2. Users are prohibited from using the JusPaisa trademark without prior written consent.

10. Termination
10.1. JusPaisa reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these terms.

11. Disclaimers
11.1. JusPaisa is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content.
11.2. Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other users.

12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. JusPaisa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the mobile app.

13. Governing Law
13.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
13.2. The entity type of JusPaisa is Private Limited, registered as Budai Technologies Private Limited in the state of Karnataka, India.

14. Modification of Terms
14.1. JusPaisa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
